Google Account Integration

  • You should verify important insights or recommendations independently
  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content
  • AI responses are provided for informational purposes only

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Technical issues with third-party services (Google, Anthropic)
  • Security incidents
  • Force majeure events

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

Disclaimers and Limitations

  • Uninterrupted availability of the Service
  • Compatibility with all versions of Google Sheets
  • Fitness for any particular business purpose

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from AI-generated content or recommendations
  • Issues caused by third-party services (Google, Anthropic)

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed $100.

Our Service relies on third-party services:
